Hopefully Toben does well at LB and doesn't get injured. This should be interesting to see develop.

Big changes I guess! Well, I hope it works out. I hate to not see TO running over people carrying the ball. With his size he might be a pretty damn good LB.

I don't think he's back 100%. That broken leg was brutal, I bet he takes a Redshirt.

Stupid. Opurum played his ass off for us last year at RB.

I hate this move. Absolutely hate it.

Malcontent Quigley who actually has experience at LB stays on RB depth chart. Stupid.

I hope he does and then comes back a RB. He was straight trucking people and would be a very nice change of pace and good for 3rd down and goal line situations. I just don't see him being quick enough at LB. I guess I'll just trust Gill until proven otherwise

Re: Keeston Terry to Defense, Opurum to Defense

this is the first move that has really pissed me off. Opurum kicked ass last year, broke his leg, and what thanks does he get. Benched and relegated to defense.

                Crap move.

Opurum has been 100% for a couple weeks now.

This is an entire new staff, they probably told him where he would be on the depth chart and then told him he would have an opportunity to see plenty of time at LB. They also probably told him he could potentially have an NFL future at LB with his frame...he certainly won't have it as a running back.

But, he didn't even show up on the depth chart released today.

I wonder if this move was partially made to make room for Brandon Bourbon next season.

I can see this move in hindsight.....I think TO has the best chance to make the NFL at linebacker....he's got a great build for it

He's not a NFL running back, anyway, anyhow.

Not a fan of the move and it wouldn't surprise me if Toben bolted.
