I've seen a couple former players defend Marshall since the story came out, but not actually deny what happened, which sort of says it all. Short of Koch liking him more than anyone else, I don't know what set of circumstances would allow the school to keep him around. Is he really that necessary to win a conference as shitty as the AAC?
