The state of college basketball officiating

In light of the Rutgers/St. Johns debacle today, something desperately needs to be done about the ever-decreasing quality of officiating. I understand the rules read that you can't go to the monitor in that situation because a call was never made to BE reviewed, but the damn officials need to be held accountable for a blatantly obvious fuck up.

I hate officials.
