Supposedly gonna rest it until sometime in January and re-evaluate. Then its either good to go or surgery time....if its surgery and he's done for the year its a big hit to Duke.

If Irving misses the rest of the year it will completely change the complexion of CBB. Duke no longer becomes the team to beat IMO.

who's number 3? Knight has looked like ass every time I've seen him. Jones is by far the best freshman on that team, but faded against UNC who actually had decent bigs to throw at him. Lamb is playing above his ranking, but isn't the best.

3 is Jones. He's averaging 20 pts, 10.5 rebs and 2.5 blocks so far. While he struggled against unc, he put up 27 and 17 against a very veteran Notre Dame squad last night. There's not been a more impressive frosh in the country than Terrence Jones.

And while Knight doesn't have John Wall capabilities in terms of PG play, he's averaging 17 pts, 3.5 rebs and 3.5 asts per. Hardly "like ass" in my opinion.

Again, go against the good teams they've played. If they rack up massive stats against less than stellar competition, then so beat it. But as far as overall talent, I'd take Irving and Sullinger over Jones. Since I haven't seen Selby play college ball yet, I can't say I'd take him either.


And no offense, Calipari's system is designed for 2, maybe 3 players to have great number while the others look less than impressive. And yes, Knight has looked like ass. Kid turns it over like cancer.
