I wonder why they don't have the corners and baselines listed.

Also wondering this. I may pull the trigger on some next year and am curious where I would end up. I don't even entertain the idea of sitting on the sidelines as I know I'm nowhere near close.

I think they just released data on the most saught after seats. Here's the link to where I pulled this from.

Yep. It says "to purchase seats in teh most desirable sections"

Have they done this in the past? Perhaps they are doing it because of the whole ticket fiasco?

No, they haven't done this in the past. This is the transparency solution since the whole ticket fiasco. Most donors have been screaming for them to do this since the beginning, but it was falling on deaf ears. Obviously, the AD didn't want to have to do this, knowing that they have been screwing a lot of us.
KUAC is all about showing what was behind the curtains. I'm guessing playbooks will be available to visiting teams in the future to prove their point.

Actually, they have. I have a copy from 2004-05. As a comparison, to sit in section S or G, you had to have 2028 points then. One interesting thing is to sit in the old 17b (everything above the chairbacks) then you had to have 616 points. Not nearly as many now.
That was interesting. I was in lower 2A last year along the rail (loved the seats) and ended up in section 5 this year because all the 2A rail section was already picked. It blows me away how open they were this year and secretive last year. It was harder to pick tickets this year because we really had a varity of good seats to choose from. In the years past it was sloppy seconds or like looking for a burried gem with 10 other people looking with you trying to beat you to the punch. My last name starts with a letter near the end of the alphabet. They call us out aphphabetically. I am sure that people with the same number of points and named "Able" got to pick before me. That will be my crusade next year to get rid the the aphabetic prejudice!

It's not alphabetical. They call you by your point value within the 10 person group (now eight).
