I think my two big takeaways are

1. The defense has been somewhat maligned. We started strong, but quickly ran out of gas. Another year with reinforcements coming, and I think we're going to surprise some people next year. I do worry that the new crew is still going to lack experience,but I still expect it to be much better.
2. I won't fault Kendrick for his effort, but his time at QB needs to end. If he wants to contribute moving forward he needs to switch positions.
