    I also just pulled off some bologna and some hot links.

    Adding to the potato salad and baked beans.

        I love steaks. Sadly, I rarely eat my own BBQ because after messing with it all day I'm just not into it. And maybe because I drink all day too. :dirtybird

          I'm happy to report that the ribs were my best ever. 5 + hours on the smoker and then wrapped in foil with some brown sugar and put in an empty cooler for another hour. Sometimes I have a tendency to overcook them but not this time. Fall off the bone spicy-sweet. :mexican

            Did you use an online recipe or is this a Darwin specialty?

            I love cooking ribs, but it looks like my window to experiment is closing up here in Minnesota.

              naw, just my own trial and error.

              I rub it down with yellow mustard and my own dry rub (salt, pepper, chili pepper, paprika, some garilic salt) and smoke 'em at 225 or so for 5 hours or so. Then, I wrap in foil, throw some brown sugar on them and put them in an empty ice cooler for an hour or so.
