I was convinced for a long time it was a bot that was simply their to post links to stir up controversy. Than a couple times I riled it up and it responded with more than a link answer.

If that is real person....He/She might be clinically insane. Pretty sure its fake.

I'm pretty sure he's a personal friend of Tom's, probably his "token Liberal" buddy. I'd further speculate that phoggy is one of the principle examples of why anybody Left of center is an idiot in Tom's myopic worldview.

I actually liked a few things phoggybottom posted. But most of it undermined his credibility as a thoughtful political person.
