  • Cut-offs

When was the last time you wore cut-offs?

    Are cut-offs acceptable pool attire?

    Should adults wear cut-offs?

Should people with a decent income wear cut-offs?

    Should males ever wear cut-offs?

    Re: Cut-offs

I think the last time I wore cut-offs must have been in the late 70s. And no, men should never wear cut-offs period. I didn't think people did this anymore and I cannot remember the last time I saw a guy wearing cut-offs.

      Re: Cut-offs

I've never worn cut-offs. I have, however, worn parachute pants, British Knights, and hypercolor t-shirts. I was such a fucking pimp.

Should people with a decent income wear cut-offs? No.

Should males ever wear cut-offs? Absolutely not.

Cargo-Jorts are also another big no no.

            Re: Cut-offs

Are we talking sleeves or pants? In my line of work both are acceptable and encouraged.

You heard it here first rubes, cutoff jorts are having a revival. Not your Arizona or Lee dungaree cuffed jorts, but you will see (if haven't stepped outside yet) tighter, designer jeans cut off above the knee.

                Re: Cut-offs

Good question. In my mind, it is acceptable to wear cutoffs ironically on a float trip or other WT activity insofar as you have a matching ironic moustache.

I wear my jeans into the ground quite a bit, so they probably end up looking like jorts after a while. LOL.

A pair of dark wash skinny (not skin tight) jeans look good if you can pull them off. Sorry, I'm not going to wear light wash baggy Arizona/American Eagle jeans. ..and yes cut-off skinny jorts are in style.

Appreciate it, bruh. Big difference between your light, wide leg Lee Dungaree's, skinny jeans, and jeans that fit properly.
