Please tell me why oh why some .gifs run slower in Chrome and other assorted browsers and if there is anything I can do to fix it. I'm using Fireworks CS4 right now to make them.

i have no idea. all i can tell you is that i use fireworks cs3 and i don't use chrome so i haven't run into this problem.
(i guess i have to turn in my crown and my badge now)

Yeah it's weird.
For instance, I'm running Chrome right now and yours looks like it is going "normal speed" and mine is going very slow, maybe half what it should be. (Cue Ludicrous Speed Joke)
I went in and tweaked the time between frames but that doesn't seem to be doing anything.Comment
