    As i'm writing this its about 6:30 in the AM and i've been up since about 8:30 last night.

    My sleep cycle is messed up as i usually go to bed at around 7:30-8:00 in the evening and sleep generally for a couple of hours. This is really fucking me up as i need more sleep and i feel exhausted throughout the day.

    The thing is, its VERY difficult for me to stay awake and go to sleep at a decent hour (10 or 11 PM)

    So how should i keep myselg awake so i can sleep through the night?

                Believe me, I have nights like that too. Simply Sleep always seems to get me to sleep though.

                          Actually pretty useful stuff.

                          You can also start supplementing your diet with low doses of melatonin. And avoid stimuli like TV's and PC's before bed.

                            I have a bad habit of throwing on an episode of TV while I go to sleep...I don't know why I expect that to work

                            I've also been waking up in the middle of the night and staying up for an hour or so...terrible...and hten I have trouble getting out of bed in the morning
