I have no hate for TGIF.... although the only one in my town is on the other side so I've never actually eaten there.

What's the difference between a TGIF's and an Applebee's? Is it just the flair? Because I know that Applebees has really been struggling lately, and it probably isn't a good idea to go out and build a ton more of them if they are good business people.
