Agree. No idea why people would leisurely sail in that area of the world. My company actually insures some commercial operations in that area (specifically security companies against piracy). It's pretty expensive insurance, obviously.

I disagree. I think those that want to sail in that area of the world should be encouraged. We've got to thin this heard somehow.
