    Re: Wills

Just signed up for term life insurance and created a will in December of last year at age 27. Since I'm not married and have no dependants, I named my four year old niece the sole beneficiary. Hope she enjoys all the beer she's going to get when I die!

      Re: Wills

If you don't have something that requires a will to pass properly, they aren't really necessary. If you are the remaining marriage partner, you probably need one to deal with real property and who gets Mom's ring.
Interests in a business are another matter and I only spent one night in a Holiday Inn Express.

Sorry Joe, but you probably don't own enough shit to justify worrying about a will.

I don't need a will, I'm going to live forever.

I listed my buddy as my beneficiary. If I get murdered, its him.

I loved him on Diff'rent Strokes. What was the question?

My wife and I have a trust. It is a better way to handle it. This includes a will, but skips some process of the courts (I can't remember it all).

Yes, some wills are created in trust to skip probate.

If I ever have enough shit to have a will, then I may go this rout. What is funny is most people don't fight about money in a will, siblings will tear the family apart over the little shit like jewelry and china and rocking chairs and photo albums. Just label that shit.
