Is there a program that allows you to transfer everything on your iPod to your computer? My iPod is a grab bag of stuff I have taken off of multiple people's computers, and I would like to try to just put it all into my iTunes. Is this possible? (Preferably for free)

but seriously, the only programs I've ever heard about are paid...not saying there isn't an option available....although I miss the days where you could reveal hidden folders and take everything from "control"
