Are you working today?

I gave it a valiant effort and made it 2 miles in my 15 mile commute before turning back admitting defeat to the Goliath that is Mother Nature. I may or may not try and get some work done remotely but more than likely I will start drinking whiskey. Anyone want to join or share stories?

not a chance. My office is on a dead end street with about a 20 degree angle. Even if you make there, you get stuck (unless you park down the street but let's be honest, I'm not walking to work in this shit, amirite?)

I am at work. I got here at 7:00. It wasn't snowing when I got here. My wife on the other hand works at the mall and they just closed it! We are all DOOMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I trekked 25 miles to my office in blowing snow/white out. Only 1-3 inches expected so I should be good to get home. I score extra points because my boss told me not to come into today. I expect great rewards for my "courage." Its damn cold though.
