We're looking into switching places for next year and trying to avoid Sarina Hearn, the infamous land(lady?), but holy crap she seems to be everywhere. We know her phone number so we can avoid her listings but some of them don't list any info, so we get sucked in. fuuuuuuuuu

I had a landlord named Tom something that owns the houses on the corner and near 1600 Tennessee. He was an awesome landlord. Gave us all but like 40 dollars back on our deposit and since he lived like 4 houses down he'd come down adn fix something within 30 minutes of calling him.Comment

burn down each others' houses...and then, you know...not rat on each other...the hold her liable for being a shitty landlord
