New passion in fine eating - Pickled Eggs

I love them. I can't stop eating them. I have a jar of the hot and a jar of regular. Both are divine.

4 eggs in one sitting is my max. I have noticed a slight increase in sulfur-ery burning farts, but trade off is worth it (my wife, child and dog might disagree.

If I could sell Pickled Eggs I would make a fortune. I finally have found a product I believe in. Please PM me for more information.

I am going to start pickling my own. Look at these beauts.

Has anybody pickled their own eggs? Any tips or pitfalls to avoid?

While your imagery is more right than wrong. I don't like Glen Beck. Too preachy.

Me, Fox News, Pickled eggs = heaven.

Your next conquest should be pickled bologna if you haven't had it yet.

I used to loooooooove the stuff but got drunk on vodka in college one night and ate a half jar afterward. You can draw your own conclusion to this story. I'll give a hint though - there wound up being vomit on my roommate's foot. And it wasn't his own.

That sounds like a good stepping stone to pickled pigs feet.

Someday, if I get enough guts, or drink enough I will dive into this jug....

Some parts should just go into hotdogs.
