Like clockwork, I get sick this time every year

Really weird. Started out as a cold on Friday with just your normal symptoms but I woke up last night to some double trouble that lasted a good 10 hours. Just terrible. PLus, Is there much worse than heaving into a commode you just shit in?

I told my wife not to go in there today because it probably looks like a murder scene. It needed some police tape.

I got food poisoning last night and have been throwing up since about 3am last night. Not a good day.

I rarely get sick but woke up all congested with a sore throat. Usually I can hop on the treadmill and work it all out of my chest and feel better. I think I just made it worse instead. Tis the season!
