Somebody needs to post a link on RockChalk.com and Slant.com's KU site. I'd suggest a link on Phog.net, but I'm pretty sure it's been tried and the users banned in a noble effort.

Anybody that's still on Phog.net should speak honestly about this place's freedom to use swear words and about The Outhouse forum for adults. We'll let our freeform nature go up against Tom's hardline policy in the free marketplace and see where we're at a year from now. I'm betting this place will be crazier than ever and Tom will have lost hundreds of his daily users. I can hope.

I would be posting more, but I sort of have an access issue (see the 'worst day ever' thread on page 3). I can read and post from my phone, but it's a pretty slow process. Good news is that we will have a place in a couple of weeks.

I'm going to be in and out over the next week or so as I get ready to move back to Kansas. Once football season starts, things should pick up around here, and it should be a little easier to get the word out.

If you want to be a huge dick, mass PM a ton of posters. Tom cannot block PMs, but you may get a Scout-wide ban.

Roy23 should get an invite. I felt HawkNMO would be a good fit, but Tom tried to quiet the masses and made him a mod. How about StrongBadia? I think JhawkBlvd would have a Tannoudji type effect on this board. Start a ton of stupid threads that allow us to rip on him and raise entertainment value. Also, did TaTown transfer over from the old site to this one?

I think until we can maintain some steady traffic it is going to be hard to pull more people over. There are times where you can almost hear the crickets around here. Like Randy said, we need to just keep on posting and get some epic threads going.

I suggest targeting high volume quality ape room posters with a derogatory thread title on them here. Say...

Thread title - "Chemhawk is a real douchebag...."

Thread message - "Welcome Chemhawk we just wanted you here...."

Somebody could randomly PM them link to thread.
