I fell pretty hard for a girl a few years back but I was going through a complacent stage in my life (this was following a tough break up from a long-term relationship that spurred my infamous slump), so I didn't really make any moves even though the signals were there. She was beautiful, intelligent, and most of all could put up with my eccentricities.

Stupid, stupid, stupid me. Oh well. I'm dating a really cool girl right now but don't get to see her as often as I'd like because of her schedule and the fact that she lives two hours away.

I think about some of the one-nighters that I wish like hell I'd called the next day but for one stupid reason or another I failed to do so. Or the ones I wish I'd made a stronger effort to steal them away from their pathetic boyfriends.
