Not really, the guy showed up to the airport late, didn't get on the plane and had to make a big issue about it. I just hate bitchy celebs who expect to be treated differently than the average human. Everyone knows if you are flying you show up to the airport early. If you check your luggage and the plane is taxiing away, that shit is gone. They aren't going to hold up an entire airport for you to get your damn bag back.

I don't really get this. The dude has over a million followers, more fans than that, a handful of podcasts (hell he opened a theatre to just do podcasts). He doesn't need to pull stunts like this to get attention. He has a platform that reaches a lot of people and that is why you hear about it. Frankly, he stopped being funny or creative a long time ago and his comedies have not aged well. His posturing about an easy target like air travel only seeks to ignite his Mallrats Tard Army into fighting his stupid crusades for him. The dude is now as lame as Jay Leno.

The facts:
He was dumb for not arriving at the airport earlier, he was dumb for complaining about not catching the flight, he was dumb for expecting the airline and entire busy airport to hold back all the passengers on the planes who arrived early and on time so he could get his damn bag back. Kevin Smith is a damn crybaby.

Throw in the fact that he complained and lashed out at the critics that blasted his movie Cop Out for being dumb only further illustrates this point.

I think Smith has a decent sense of who is. I listen to three of his podcasts regularly, I love his live talks. He makes me laugh, he's good with words and can tell a story. I'm not sure why he pisses you off so much. I love his Babble-on podcast with Garmin.
