  • Subdivision Pools

    Yeah, yeah so this isn't about movies, or booze, or girls, etc. regardless . . .

    So we live in a subdivision with no pool. Does anyone here know what it would take to install and maintain a pool for a small subdivision of about 50 homes.

          A lot more than you think.

          Initial installation cost.
          Water cost.
          Chemicals cost.
          Maintenance cost.
          Fencing.
          Heating?
          Insurance goes up.

          Not to mention all the hoops you'd have to jump through with city/county codes and whatnot. Especially if it truly is a subdivision "community" pool.
