Not really a big name list. I'm not quite sure of what I think of an AD that goes by Bubba. But, that being said if he has succeeded with a name of Bubba he must have something going for him.

Edit: Barnhart must be pretty full of himself to tell the search committee that he was interested but would only take the job without the interview.

I've said before that Bubba is a good choice. He's done great things so far at TU, is media savvy and is pro sports.

Say what you want about his name, but Cunningham would be a great hire. If he can bring in $12million to renovate the stadium at Ball State, he could do a lot with Memorial. The guy is big on fundraising and making connections and has done a lot for Tulsa's Non-Revenue sports as well. This guy could win back a lot of support from boosters who have been scared off by all the shit that's gone down in the last year under Perkins.
