Aside from the whole filesharing debate I find it odd Homeland Security has this power. How far does this power reach and how long until they seize WTWs domain name? Seems to be a Gov't agency full of EDFs.

under the guise of "hey, they were facilitating something illegal". I hate the use of "slippery slope" but this is one. Hopefully Obama determines he needs to legalize weed to make up for it.
