For those that can't read...it's basically just a thread where people are debating the severity of posting EDF's pic and info...the line between the two sides is very clear, but it's still very funny (IMO)

Worth reading if you're bored....I'm about three pages in and it seems like it's only getting better

Scout should of called EDF"s bluff. First off if he's really that good of an atty his own lawsuit would of cost him too much time and or money. Those arn't billable hours. Second, even though the internet's years old legally its still an infant and anyone who claims to know the law re: internet information is probably in for a suprise. Could you imagine screen shots from the Ape Room hauled into court as evidence? Once the jury stopped laughing Tom would be a hero.

Because its not.

Someone posted the rules in there. Its says address, full name, birthday, that kind of stuff. Not a thing about a picture...especially a photoshopped picture.
