I think there are some things that we need to get squared around during the 1st shift.

TOS as everyone knows uses Germans, I think it became very clear last night that maybe we should incorporate "Illegals" for that same function. Thoughts? Other suggestions.

While I'll agree that inside jokes are fun to have (germans, piitb, HIHIH, etc) I think the beauty of them is letting them come to fruition on their own

I wasn't around for the invention of any of the above, so maybe they were deliberate creations, but "phogisms" were fun because they usually symbolized epic threads
